It reveals the Founding Father in a classical and aristocratic pose, one leg barely bent, his posture erect. His cape is draped subsequent to him, he holds a cane flippantly in his proper hand, and he’s staring into the space, a reference little question to each his perspicacity and the prospects of the brand new nation.
